QM-BORE
The QMSOFT®/QM-BORE program is used for the computer-aided testing of 2-point internal measuring devices (with expanding head or with movable measuring bolt) as well as so-called bore measuring mandrels based on the VDI guideline 2618, sheet 13.2.

The QMSOFT®/QM-BORE program is used for the computer-aided testing of 2-point internal measuring devices (with expanding head or with movable measuring bolt) as well as so-called bore measuring mandrels based on the VDI guideline 2618, sheet 13.2.
The required tolerance values are determined automatically. For factory standard information, it is possible to freely enter and store the tolerance values for the measurement deviation G and the repeatability r. The program determines the extreme value of the measurement deviation G and the repeatability r from the measurement data according to the type of bore measuring device to be calibrated. The results are output in the form of numerical log data and, if desired, as a graphical representation of the deviation curve
The test itself is carried out in accordance with the VDI/VDE/DGQ guideline 2618 (sheet 13.2). Knowledge of this guideline and mastery of the measurement procedures used for the test are required. The measurement data can be entered either from a measuring device linked online or via a keyboard. In the results log, the master data of the test equipment is clearly prepared in conjunction with the test conditions and the measurement results. Tolerance violations are marked and reported in terms of amount.
The program works with the test equipment management program QMSOFT®/QM-MANAGE professional edition, whereby the The test results obtained by the program (including the test report) are then returned directly to the test equipment database.
