QM-GAUGECAL
The QMSOFT®/QM-GAUGECAL program is used for the computer-aided determination of target values of smooth gauges, threads or thread gauges including tapered thread types, as well as for calculating test dimensions for internal and external threads. After selecting the gauge type (e.g. thread gauge ring) the program calculates all the required gauge dimensions and tolerances from the entered thread designation (e.g. M20x1). As far as the gauge name indicates, the corresponding gauge standard is determined automatically. Limitations of the underlying standards are pointed out.
The program works with the test equipment management program QMSOFT®/QM-MANAGE professional edition, whereby the The calculation results obtained by the program are returned directly to the test equipment database.
