QM-MICRO

The QMSOFT®/QM-MICRO program is used for the computer-aided testing of micrometer screws in accordance with the standards DIN 863, BS 870, NF E 11-095 and GGG-C-105C and is therefore suitable for standard type micrometer screws, for built-in micrometer screws, for depth micrometer screws and for Internal micrometer screws can be used with 2-point or 3-line contact. The testing of internal micrometer screws with 2-line contact (internal micrometer screws with measuring jaws) as well as 3-line internal micrometer screws with scale graduations that differ from DIN is also supported.

Description

The program determines the extreme value of the measurement deviation G and/or the deviation range of the measuring element Gme or the repeatability r from the measurement data according to the type of micrometer screw. The results are output in the form of numerical log data and, if desired, as a graphical representation of the deviation curve. The required tolerance values are determined automatically. A tolerance table is stored for micrometer screws according to factory standards, which can accommodate any number of tolerance entries.

Knowledge of the standards and mastery of the measurement procedures used for the test are required. The measurement data can be entered either from a measuring device linked online or via a keyboard. In the result log, the master data of the test item is clearly prepared in conjunction with the test conditions and the measurement results. Tolerance violations are marked and reported in terms of amount.

The program works with the test equipment management program QMSOFT®/QM-MANAGE professional edition, whereby the The test results obtained by the program (including the test report) are then returned directly to the test equipment database.
